Booking Policy

  • Please click on the ‘Book Now’ button (top of the page) for rates on your chosen dates.
  • Rates are in NZ dollars and include GST (local sales tax).
  • Our seasons are:
    • LOW Season = 1st May to 30th June inclusive;
    • PEAK = 20th December to 5th January inclusive;
    • REGULAR = all other times.
  • Minimum stays apply.
  • All of our accommodation is self-catering; NOTE: breakfast is not included.
  • Rates include Wifi.
  • Cots are available (free of charge).
  • One child per room can be free of charge (FOC) if sharing with two adults and using existing or own bedding. In case of two children, one must use sofabed or rollaway.
  • Check-in 2pm; Check out 10am.

Payment Policy

  • Credit card details (valid at time of stay*) are required to secure a reservation. No charges are made to the card, except in the case of late cancellation. (Please see Cancellation Policy).
  • Where bookings are for a period of 5 nights or more, a deposit equal to one night of the stay is payable in advance to secure the booking. This deposit is processed to the submitted credit card. 

* If a credit card used to secure a booking will expire before the stay commences, a deposit equal to one night of the stay will be charged to the submitted credit card to secure the booking.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation Policy: Guests can cancel free of charge until 30 days before arrival. If a guest cancels within 30 days of arrival, they will be charged the cost of the first night. In case of a ‘no-show’, the guest will be charged the total price of the reservation.

Child Policy

  • Child Policy: One child per unit under 6 years old can be free of charge if sharing with 2 adults and using existing or own bedding.
  • Infants (2 years old and under) are free of charge.
    Cots and High Chairs are available (free of charge).
